Where's my order?

Orders on Haan may be shipped in more than one parcel if you buy from multiple sellers. That means different parts of the same order can move at different times.

What to check first

  • Review your order confirmation and any dispatch emails from Haan.
  • Check whether your order contains more than one seller shipment.
  • Review the estimated delivery range shown at checkout or in your account.
  • Look for courier tracking or collection-ready updates where available.

If the order is delayed

A delay does not always mean the order is lost. Handmade or personalised goods may take longer, and delivery dates can move due to courier backlogs, weather, strikes, or public holidays.

If the order is past the last promised date, contact Haan support with your order number and a short description of the issue so the team can investigate with the seller or courier.

If the parcel looks lost or incomplete

If tracking has stopped updating, the parcel shows delivered but you cannot locate it, or items are missing from the parcel, contact Haan as soon as possible. Please include any tracking number, parcel photos, and delivery notes if you have them.
