Routing addresses are managed by Haan's operations team. Postal address is updated when the registered office moves.

What to include in your message

  • your full name,
  • the email address used for the order or account,
  • the order reference where relevant,
  • the seller or product name if applicable, and
  • a short description of what happened and what outcome you want.

Contacting a seller

Where seller contact is enabled on a listing, shop page, or order, you may contact the seller directly about product details, customisation, dispatch timing, or after-sales support. Haan may still step in where a marketplace-level issue, refund, moderation, or dispute requires support.
