Delivery information

Haan is a multi-vendor marketplace, so delivery is quoted and fulfilled per seller. Your basket can contain products from multiple shops, and each shop may offer different delivery methods, lead times, and service areas.

How delivery works on Haan

Delivery is calculated by seller at checkout. This means one order can include more than one shipment if you buy from different shops.

  • Courier delivery is quoted per seller using the shipping services that shop has enabled.
  • Some sellers offer self-delivery within a set radius from their origin address.
  • Some sellers offer collection from their premises instead of courier delivery.
  • Estimated delivery dates depend on the seller’s handling time plus the selected delivery method.

Lead times and dispatch

Product pages and checkout should show the best current estimate available from the seller. Handmade, made-to-order, personalised, imported, fragile, or bulky items may take longer to dispatch.

If a seller cannot dispatch within the expected period, Haan or the seller should contact you as soon as reasonably possible with an update, replacement option, revised timing, or refund path where appropriate.

Tracking and delivery updates

Where tracking is available, Haan should send tracking details by email, in your account, or in your order confirmation flow once the seller marks the shipment as dispatched.

Collection orders become available once the seller marks the order as ready for collection and shares the pickup instructions and hours.

If something goes wrong

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, is incomplete, or appears lost, contact Haan support or the seller as soon as possible using the details shown on the order.

Keep photos of the parcel, packaging, and products where damage or short delivery is involved. That helps Haan and the seller resolve the issue quickly.
