Haan is a curated multi-vendor marketplace built for South Africa. We bring together independent sellers, one checkout experience, and editorial-style discovery for gifting, home, celebrations, and small-batch finds.
Haan curates the marketplace, operates the website and apps, manages checkout, and acts as merchant of record for customer payment flows. Independent sellers remain responsible for their own goods, compliance, fulfilment, and seller-side conduct.
This means Haan provides one discovery and payment experience, while orders may still be fulfilled by more than one seller.
Sellers apply to join Haan and are reviewed before being approved to trade on the platform. Haan may approve, reject, suspend, restore, or remove sellers and listings in order to protect customers, maintain quality, or meet legal or policy requirements.
